Prescription and Order Options

Before You Continue

Prescription medications can be supplied only after a valid prescription has been received, transferred or issued following an appropriate medical consultation.

Selecting a medication or beginning an order does not automatically create a prescription and does not guarantee that medication will be dispensed. The prescribing clinician and dispensing pharmacy make separate clinical and dispensing decisions.

Choose Your Prescription Option

Select the option that describes your current prescription status. Your selection will determine what information is requested after you choose a dispensing pharmacy.

Existing Prescription

I already have a valid prescription
Choose this option if you already have a current prescription. After selecting a pharmacy, you will be asked to provide the information required for prescription verification.

Prescription Transfer

I want to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy
Choose this option if your prescription is currently held by another pharmacy. You will be asked to provide the current pharmacy name, telephone number and prescription information.

The selected dispensing pharmacy will determine whether the prescription and any remaining refills can be transferred.

New Prescription

I need an online medical consultation
Choose this option if you do not currently have a valid prescription.

$20 Online Medical Consultation

The online consultation is reviewed by Cody R. Christensen, DO, a urology specialist.

During the consultation, the clinician reviews your symptoms, medical history, allergies, current medications and possible contraindications. This information is used to determine whether the requested treatment is medically appropriate.

The $20 payment covers the medical consultation. It does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. The clinician may approve treatment, recommend a different treatment, request additional information or advise further medical evaluation.

What Happens Next

  1. 1
Enter your ZIP code on the pharmacy-selection page.
  2. 2
Choose a participating dispensing pharmacy from the available list.
  3. 3
Provide the prescription, transfer or consultation information required for your selected option.
  4. 4
The dispensing pharmacy verifies the prescription and confirms product availability, quantity and final price before the order is completed.

Clinical and Pharmacy Review

When a new prescription is requested, the clinician makes the prescribing decision. The dispensing pharmacy then performs a separate review before medication can be supplied.

The pharmacist may contact the patient or prescriber if information is incomplete or requires clarification. The selected pharmacy is responsible for prescription verification, product availability, final pricing, dispensing and pharmacist support.
