Pulmonary Rehabilitation is a professionally supervised program that features an interdisciplinary team of specialists that supervise a customized program of exercise and education for patients with chronic lung conditions. We provide support to help patients and families face and overcome the challenges of living with a chronic lung condition.  Our goal is to restore pulmonary function to its highest level and help patients create and maintain healthy lifestyles.  A doctor referral is required to participate in Pulmonary Rehab.  Some of the common chronic lung conditions are: COPD, Interstitial Lung Disease, Asthma, Cystic Fibrosis, ARD, and Pre and Post Lung Transplants. All patients are placed on continuous ECG heart monitor and oxygen is provided. Each program is tailored to the patient’s needs and may vary in length from 2 weeks to 12 weeks.
