Director of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Patty O’Lexey is the Director of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation 
Department at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County. She graduated from Western Wyoming Community College School of Nursing in 2007 and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree from the University Of Wyoming. Patty began her career at MHSC in the Medical-Surgical Department, transferred to Intensive Care Unit for three years and has been in her current position since 2011. Patty is a certified BLS and ACLS instructor and enjoys the opportunity to educate the staff of MHSC and community on these valuable lifesaving skills.
Patty was born in raised in Rock Springs, Wyoming. She is married to Don and has two daughters, Misty and Wendy, a son-in-law Jeremiah and a granddaughter Abigail. Patty enjoys going to church, reading, continuing education, walking, bike riding, and spending time with family and friends.
