Chief Nursing Officer
Deborah (Deb) Gaspar serves as the CNO at Memorial Hospital 
of Sweetwater County. Deb started her employment with Memorial Hospital in December 2011. Deb was born in Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County and spent the first 7 years of her life in Superior, Wyoming. Her family has been long time residents of the area and of the State of Wyoming. Deb graduated from Sheridan High School, Sheridan, Wyoming. Her nursing career has been hospital based, both rural and large urban facilities. The hospital facilities have been both large health systems and single hospitals. She has been a nurse executive for over 16 years, specializing in patient and family centered care.
Deb has a Bachelor’s of Nursing degree from Loretto Heights College (now Regis University), located in Denver, Colorado. Her master’s degrees are in Master of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health Science University, Portland, Oregon and Master of Public Health: Health Administration, Portland State University, Portland, Oregon.
Deb enjoys traveling, exploring the off-roads of Wyoming, fishing, hunting for precious and semi-precious gems, reading and being with family.
